Diana Orem is a clinical psychologist who works with forensic populations and specializes in the assessment and treatment of serious mental illness and neurodevelopmental conditions. She has extensive teaching experience, having taught courses in forensic psychology, victimology, psychopathology, and drugs and crime. Her work in cold cases focuses on the methods and means of solving these cases, especially the integration of traditional methodology with new and emerging technology. Camela Hughes is the director of the Cold Case Analysis Center and a lecturer in the School of Criminal Justice at the University of Albany, SUNY. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, contributed entries for an encyclopedia, and was the guest editor for two issues of the journal Residential Treatment for Children and Youth.
