This 64-page large format book is full of vibrant photography, and is accompanied by a concise but fascinating commentary from the team at Woodslane Press. Magnificent Southwest Australia is an indispensable reminder and souvenir for both international and Australian visitors to this very special place. Armchair travellers and enthusiastic explorers will pick it up time and again to whet their appetites and perhaps to plan their own visits. Includes sections on geography, wildlife and wildflowers, Indigenous culture, Perth, the Pinnacles, Wave Rock, Busselton, Rottnest, Cape-to-Cape, Denmark & the Valley of the Giants, Albany and the Stirling Ranges, Fitzgerald River National Park and Esperance.

This edition has been curated by the team at Woodslane Press. Principle photographer Simon Nevill, although born in the UK, has spent most of his life in Australia. He ran tours for over 20 years, taking clients overseas and to every state in Australia including all the main desert regions of this vast country. Initially an expert birder, he’s developed a keen interest in wildflowers and other groups of the animal kingdom. He now has an extensive knowledge of Western Australia and enjoys sharing his photography, passion and knowledge with others.
