A Naturalist's Guide to the Spiders of Borneo is an easy-to-use, introductory identification guide to 280 most commonly seen spider species in Borneo, that is perfect for resident and visitor alike. It is aimed at helping to create more awareness and interest in Borneo's spiders - they are not hard to find, and there are probably more unknown than known spiders out there to study. The author's high quality photographs of spiders in their habitats also show images of the opposite sex where available. They are accompanied by concise species descriptions, which include nomenclature, length, habitat and distribution. The user-friendly introduction covers geography and climate, whether Bornean spiders are dangerous, what are spiders, spider life history, observation & identification, where to find spiders, spider names and a glossary.
