‘Jangles’, a picture book for toddlers and beginner readers, is about a fun-loving adventurous girl who lives beside the Coral Sea filled with an extraordinary love of the ocean. Jangles inspires our little ones to get outside, enjoy nature and protect our seas. It’s an uplifting rhyming poem filled with colourful and painterly illustrations.

‘Jangles’ was written and illustrated by Candyss Crosby, a renowned landscape and contemporary artist, who has held a long standing and deep connection with the sea. She has been a professional artist for over thirty years and has accomplished over one hundred and thirty scuba dives. Candyss paints from her studio in MacMasters Beach on the Central Coast. Her objective with this book, is to share the value of this sense of connection with the underwater world with young readers, and inspire them to develop a sense of guardianship for the ocean.
